Calling all marine enthusiasts! Embark on an adventure-filled dive in Rooi-els. There are two thrilling options to choose from: a boat dive or a shore dive. For the shore dive, take a turn off the R44 into Anemone street. Follow the road until you reach a T-junction, where you will turn right into Rocklands Road. Park at the north-east end of Rocklands Road and find the perfect entry point among the rocky shore towards the point. Keep in mind that conditions may vary, but don't worry, you'll have several suitable places to choose from (and they all require a bit of rock hopping!). Once you're underwater, be sure to take note of your landmarks beyond the kelp if you plan to return to the same spot. If the sea gets rough, fear not! There's an alternative exit option behind the point (on the right side in the photograph). Although it requires a longer swim, it provides shelter from the north-westerly winds and may be the perfect choice for adventurous divers like you.
