Get in
Are you planning a trip to Uster? Getting there is a breeze with the S-Bahn suburban trains. Hop on an express train like the S5 or S15, and you'll be there in just 15-20 minutes. If you're coming from the airport, catch an S2 or S16 train to Oerlikon and then transfer to the S14 train to Uster. It may take a bit longer, about 30 minutes in total, but it's worth it!
Prefer to drive? Uster is conveniently located at the end of the highway connecting from the main Swiss highway (A1). The drive from the airport takes around 15 minutes by car. If you'd rather not drive, you can always take a taxi for around 80-90 CHF.
Oh, and did you know there's also a boat service on the Greifensee? You can travel from Maur to Uster on the "commuter" boat. It operates all year round, as long as the weather permits. How cool is that?
