For a quicker ascent to the mountain, consider taking the 8-person cable cars from Bursa's upper neighborhood of Teferr. These cable cars offer a direct and scenic route to the Saralan station, located at an impressive elevation of 1,634 meters above sea level. If weather permits, this is a fantastic option to enjoy breathtaking views and avoid the winding road. In case the cable car service is unavailable, fear not! You can hop on a 15-person dolmus from Bursa. These dolmuses have no fixed schedule and depart when they reach capacity. Catch them at Tophane, next to the Saltanatkap gate of the old city walls. The journey to Uludağ takes approximately 50 minutes, and a one-way trip costs 9 TL per person. Additionally, if you prefer a more private ride, there are dolmu taxis available for a slightly higher fare of 15 TL per person.
