Get in
Get ready to explore the wonders of Montenegro! Let's take a look at how you can reach different destinations within the country. If you're coming from Podgorica, hop on one of the frequent buses that cost only 6. It's a thrilling 2-hour ride that will introduce you to the beauty of Montenegro. From Bar, you have two options. You can either take a normal bus or catch a 'combi' minibus that runs up and down the coast. The ride from Bar takes about half an hour, giving you ample time to soak in the stunning coastal views. Traveling from Kosovo? No problem! There are three buses per day (6am, 7pm, 9pm). The first two go via Podgorica, while the last one takes you via Shkodra, Albania. The bus via Shkodra is a longer journey, approximately 6-7 hours. During the tourist season, there are even more buses available from the major cities, offering you more flexibility to explore. Prices usually revolve around 15. Plan a stroll around the city center to see what's on offer, like the famous Bill Clinton Boulevard in Pristina. If you're coming from Albania, there are 'combi' minibuses that come from Durres to Ulcinj. These may not be official bus operations, so you might need to do a little asking around to find them. Additionally, there are daily departures from Shkodra in Albania to Ulcinj. These buses are well connected with Albanian 'furgons' from Tirana and Durres. It takes just one hour to reach Shkoder by "private" cab. Montenegro is an enchanting destination with endless possibilities for exploration. Let's embark on this unforgettable journey!
