Travelling to Turpan offers a cozy and convenient experience. To reach Turpan, it is recommended to fly to the Urumqi airport first. From there, a scenic bus ride awaits you to Turpan. Long-distance buses operate from 9:00 to 20:30 daily, ensuring you have ample options for transportation. Once in Turpan, the main modes of transportation are taxis and donkey carts. Taking a short trip by donkey cart is a charming and unique way to explore the city and its surroundings.
