However, if you plan to explore Tristan da Cunha and stay ashore, you must receive permission from the Administrator/Island Council. Don't forget to get a landing stamp inserted in your passport as proof. To secure your landing stamp, write an email to The Admin Secretary and provide details about your intended travel dates, accommodation arrangements, and the purpose of your visit. Even if you're not planning to go ashore, landing stamps can still be issued to passengers and crew of vessels who want a souvenir of their memorable visit. Prepare to have an amazing experience!
