Tourists have once again started flocking to Tentena as it serves as the perfect stopover from Toraja to Togean. As you make your way towards the lake, you'll be greeted by picturesque scenes of warungs, houses, and home-stays built over the crystal-clear lake waters. Combined with the surrounding hills and rice fields, Tentena exudes a charming appeal that will captivate your heart. The town is divided into two parts, connected by a busy concrete traffic bridge and a quieter wooden footbridge. The commercial area is located near the central street and the lake, while the opposite side offers a more tranquil and homely atmosphere. Don't let its initial appearance deceive you. Tentena is a true hidden paradise that awaits your discovery.
