While the island itself is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, some of the attractions may have specific operating hours. To embark on your adventure, begin by taking the North-East Line of the MRT to HarbourFront. From there, head to Level 3 of Vivocity, where the Sentosa Express monorail awaits to transport you to the island. The monorail runs every 5-8 minutes from 7AM to 11:45PM daily, and a round-trip ticket will cost you $4, including island admission. For a more affordable option, hop on an SMRT bus for just $2. RWS 8, departing from VivoCity/HarbourFront MRT, will take you directly to your island adventure. If you prefer the convenience of a taxi or private car, be prepared to pay a small fee of $2 to $7 per vehicle for entry. Additionally, a $3 taxi surcharge applies on the way out. Alternatively, you can walk across the bridge via the Sentosa Broadwalk, which is normally priced at $1, but currently free until December 31, 2018. The iconic Cable Car between Sentosa, HarbourFront, and Mt. Faber has recently undergone renovations and has reopened to the public, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding areas. A return ticket for this extraordinary ride costs $29. Although the ferry terminal has been demolished to make way for a new development, limited ferry services are still available for those looking to explore the neighboring southern islands of Kusu and St. John. These services depart from Singapore's Marina South Pier, accessible by bus 402 from Marina Bay MRT. If you choose to embark on this island-hopping adventure, you'll have plenty of time to explore, as the ferries provide a minimum of one to two hours on each island. The round-trip ferry fare is $15 per person, and no additional Sentosa entry fee is required.
