Looking to explore the scenic village of Guajimoloyas? There are several transportation options to get you there from Oaxaca. You can choose to take a taxi, collectivos, or a bus. If you prefer the bus, Sitza operates a convenient service with three daily departures at 7 AM, 12 PM, and 2 PM from the second class bus terminal. The journey takes approximately two hours, offering you plenty of time to enjoy the picturesque landscapes along the way. To find the ticket booth, head to Puerta 10, located inside the circular building at the terminal. The ticket fare for a single person to Cuajimoloyas is 100 pesos (as of January 2019). Book your ticket and get ready to embark on a thrilling adventure. Alternatively, you can opt to first go to Tlacolula. Buses from Oaxaca to Tlacolula run approximately every 15 minutes from the Centro de Autobuses near Abastos. Another option is to take a colectivo from the nearby baseball stadium on the northeast side of Centro. The bus fare to Tlacolula is 20 pesos. Once you arrive in Tlacolula, you will find a collectivo station next to the bus station. Here, you can catch a collectivo to Guajimoloyas for only 35 pesos.
