The ferry ride from Port Blair to Neil Island takes approximately 2 hours. There are two daily boats departing from Phoenix Bay Jetty at 6:30 am and 11:00 am. You can book your tickets in advance in both Port Blair and Havelock. If you're coming from the north, there is also a ferry from Rangat via Long Island and Havelock to Neil Island. Please be aware that boat schedules are subject to change or cancellation due to weather conditions. It is essential to check the latest boat schedule and fares on the official government website at http://www.andaman.gov.in when planning your trip. In addition to the government ferry, there are also two private boat companies, Makruzz and Ocean Green, operating between Port Blair, Havelock, and Neil Island. If you choose to travel on Green Ocean 1, it's important to note that the class of your ticket doesn't matter since everyone gathers on the deck for a DJ party. Save your money and opt for the economical class ticket, although bear in mind that these seats do not have windows. To reach the jetty, you can use Google Maps to navigate to Haddo Wharf. Auto-rickshaws and buses are available from Goalghar, Delanipur, and nearby areas.
