Senggigi, located about 15-20 minutes north of Mataram, the capital of Lombok, is easily accessible by both airport taxis and metered taxis from the new international airport in Praya. The airport is approximately 40km south of Mataram and 55km southeast of the bustling Senggigi tourism precinct in West Lombok. The airport taxis are only for passengers arriving at the airport and needing transportation across the island. They are not allowed to transport passengers to the airport when departing from Lombok. So whether you're flying in or exploring the island, Senggigi is a convenient and vibrant destination to visit!
