Viazul provides several buses a day from Camaguey, Havana, Santa Clara, and Santiago de Cuba. They also offer service to Trinidad and Varadero. If you prefer train travel, there is an overnight train to/from Havana on alternate days. There may also be a (very) early morning train to Santa Clara and Cienfuegos, which returns in the afternoon. However, it's always a good idea to check in advance to ensure the trains are running as scheduled.
