To reach Viejo San Juan from San Juan, simply follow Autopista 52 (Expreso Luis A. Ferre) towards Ponce. Once you reach the PR-52 terminus, continue on PR-2 for approximately 25 miles in the direction of Mayaguez. When you spot the PR-122 / Casto Perez Ave. exit on PR-2, take it to arrive at your destination in Viejo San Juan.
