- By bus: The province of Samar is well-connected by major bus companies in Manila that ply the Luzon-Visayas-Mindanao route. These buses pass through the entire length of the province as Maharlika Highway runs through it. You can board buses from Metro Manila at the Ali Mall Bus Terminal in Cubao or from the various Pasay City terminals along EDSA to travel to Samar.
