Understand
Route 62 and Route 66 are like long-lost twins. In the 1920s, both routes were created to connect small farming communities to major harbor towns. However, their glory was short-lived as highways replaced them in the 1950s. Just like Route 66, Route 62 lost its charm when the N2 Highway was completed in 1958, cutting through endless cornfields. It's fascinating to see how these two routes, thousands of miles apart, share such similar stories.
