Get in
Reims has recently become even more accessible thanks to the opening of a high-speed train line. Not only is it now connected to Paris, but also to other major cities in the country such as Lille, Bordeaux, Nantes, and Strasbourg. Charles De Gaulle airport is also just a short 30-minute drive away, offering excellent connections to the South-East, including Lyon, Avignon, Marseille, Nice, and Montpellier. Trains to cities other than Paris depart from the brand new Champagne-Ardenne TGV station, conveniently located just outside the city. To ensure a smooth journey, double-check the station you'll be arriving at or departing from, as it's easy to get confused and miss your train. While regular train lines with a change of trains in Pernay may offer cheaper tickets, be aware that it will take over 2 hours. You might just find a much better deal by purchasing a TGV ticket a few weeks in advance!
