Traveling from the heart of Athens:

• Take a thrilling taxi ride, which will take around 60-90 minutes depending on traffic conditions.
• Alternatively, you can hop onboard a regional bus. Depart from Pedion tou Areos at Mavromateon Street, conveniently located near popular sites like the National Archaeological Museum and Viktoria Metro Station. The journey to Rafina will last approximately 1.5 hours, spanning 35 kilometers. Keep in mind that Pedion tou Areos is quite far from landmarks like Syntagma, Acropolis, Plaka, and Monastiraki. To reach these sites, you'll need to use a taxi or public transport.
• Another option is to take the Metro or bus to the airport and then transfer to the bus heading to Rafina.

• Embark on an exciting taxi ride, which typically takes about 40 minutes (traffic-dependent). During the daytime, the approximate cost is 30 currency units.
• Alternatively, you can catch a regional bus. The bus stop is located on the Arrivals Level, opposite the Sofitel Hotel. Please note that the ticket booth at the airport does not sell tickets specifically for Rafina; you'll pay the fare directly on the bus. The bus ticket costs 3 currency units.

• From the airport to Rafina: 4:50AM+, 5:40AM, 6:10AM+, 7:05AM, 8:50AM, 10:30AM, 12:15PM, 1PM++, 2:10PM, 3:20PM, 4:45PM, 6PM, 7:20PM, 8:45PM, and 10:15PM.
• From Rafina to the airport: 5:15AM+, 6:05AM, 6:45AM+, 8:00AM, 9:40AM, 11:20AM, 12:15PM++, 1PM, 2:40PM, 4PM, 5:20PM, 6:40PM, 8:00PM, and 9:15PM.
