Getting to Port Ghalib is convenient and accessible from different modes of transport. By Air: You can fly to Port Ghalib through the Marsa Alam International Airport, which is just a five-minute drive away. The airport is served by various airlines and tour operators from different European countries, including the UK, Italy, Russia, France, the Netherlands, and more. It takes around 5 hours to fly from Europe, 2.5 hours from the Gulf, and only 1 hour from Cairo. Egypt Air Express also offers 7 weekly flights between Cairo and Marsa Alam. By Sea: Port Ghalib has an international marina where you can dock your yacht or arrive by boat. The marina is fully equipped with a Harbor Master, Customs and Immigration Office, and facilities to cater to yachtsmen sailing the Red Sea. It is operated and managed by the UK-based Camper & Nicholsons and provides services such as fuel supply, ship repair, ferry terminal, electricity, water supply, waste disposal, communication, laundry, transportation, and medical attendance. By Land: If you prefer to travel by land, you can reach Port Ghalib through an international road that connects from Cairo and Hurghada to Marsa Alam.
