There are buses that connect Pezinok with these three cities and the villages along the route. Buses from Bratislava run every 15 minutes during rush hour and every hour in the evenings. You can also take a train from Bratislava to Trnava, with most trains stopping in Pezinok along the way. Just double-check that your chosen train stops in Pezinok as some express trains do not. Keep in mind the last train and bus from Bratislava leave shortly before 11 pm and do not resume until about 5 am.
