Here, you will find numerous buses departing throughout the day, each one bringing you closer to the enchanting Old Barag. Secure your ticket, costing around 10 yuan, and prepare yourself for a scenic 35-minute ride. It is essential to note that Old Barag is not recognizable by its English name, so keep an eye out for the Chinese names "Chenbaerhuqi" or its shortened version "Chenqi." Immerse yourself in the local culture and language as you venture into this captivating city. Should you find yourself traveling after 6 in the evening, it appears that there are no direct buses to Chenqi from Hailaer at that time. Do not despair, however, as there is a workaround. You can board a bus destined for Manzhouli and disembark at Chenqi, which happens to be along the same highway. Be advised that you will need to purchase the full fare until Manzhouli, but it is a worthwhile journey to reach your desired destination. Another option is to hire a private taxi, offering the convenience of personal transportation. The cost is approximately 80 yuan, with each car seat priced at 20 yuan. If air travel is your preferred mode of transportation, you'll be pleased to know that Hailaer boasts an airport that operates flights connecting various Mongolian cities and major Chinese cities.
