Route 1 (from Cuzco) To start your adventure, hop on a bus from the vibrant city of Cuzco and embark on a thrilling journey towards Urubamba. Keep your eyes wide open as the bus takes you just a few kilometers away from the turnoff to the magnificent Moray. Once you reach the drop-off point, head towards the blue and white bus station where taxis eagerly await to whisk you away. It's only a short 4-kilometer ride to the town and a mere 13 kilometers to the awe-inspiring ruins. If you're a skilled negotiator, assemble a group of five or more people and you'll enjoy the incredible deal of 10 soles per person to visit both Moray and the Salt mines, with transportation back to the turnoff. Those who may be less experienced in negotiating can still get a great offer of 15 soles to be taken to the captivating Moray site and left there.
