Mirpurkhas can be easily reached from Karachi, where the international airport is located, and from Hyderabad using three modes of transportation: train, bus, or rented car/taxi. Trains are not the most comfortable option, but they are safer and cheaper. Buses, on the other hand, provide more comfort but tend to rush and are more prone to accidents. If convenience is a priority, renting a car or taking a taxi is the best way to reach Mirpurkhas, although it can be a bit costly. If you are coming from India, the only option is to take a train. The train departs from the Indian town of Monabao and arrives at the Pakistani town of Khokhrapars Zero Point station. From there, you can continue your journey to Mirpurkhas using Pakistan Railways train service. The route of the train takes you through the famous Thar Desert before reaching Mirpurkhas.
