Exploring the picturesque village of Mazeri in Georgia is a unique experience. While public transport doesn't reach Mazeri directly, you can follow the Zugdidi - Mestia main road, which is the closest route accessible by public transportation. If you're traveling from Zugdidi, take a marshrutka and alight around 16 km before Mestia, near the turn to Becho (Mazeri). From this point, it's a pleasant 7 km walk to Mazeri and can be completed in approximately 1 to 1.5 hours. Alternatively, if you're staying at a guesthouse, they can arrange a pickup for you. Another option for adventurous travelers is hitchhiking, which is always a possibility in the area. Get ready to immerse yourself in the beauty of Mazeri!
