Get in
Prepare for an adventurous journey as you make your way to the Western Valley. To access this hidden gem, you'll travel along a winding dirt and stone road that starts at the car park of the Valley of the Kings. As you embark on this exciting route, you'll encounter massive boulders and towering rock cliffs. Although the road is not suitable for cycling, you have the option to take a taxi all the way into the valley. But be sure to check at the ticket office for the status of the tombs before entering the Valley, as they may be open or closed. If you're feeling daring, you can negotiate with one of the main Valley tomb guards to accompany you and open the tombs. However, remember to negotiate beforehand to avoid any later embarrassment. For your safety, a security policeman equipped with a sub-machine gun may also join you on your journey through the valley. Brace yourself for an unforgettable adventure!
