The Longmen Caves, located about 13 km southeast from the city of Luoyang, are a must-see destination for history and art enthusiasts. With their stunning collection of ancient Buddhist statues and intricate carvings, these caves offer a glimpse into the rich cultural heritage of China. Opening hours: - March to October: 07:30-19:50 - November to February: 07:30-18:50 To reach the Longmen Caves, you can take bus route 81 from the east side of Luoyang train station. The journey lasts approximately 50 minutes and costs 1.50. Make sure to catch the last bus back to Luoyang at 20:50. If you prefer a more convenient option, you can opt for a taxi ride.
