Get in
Langley city has a few convenient driving routes to consider. Highway 1A, also known as the Fraser Highway, and the Langley Bypass, which becomes Highway 10, are both great options to get you into the heart of the city. If you're coming from north of the city, Highway 1, also known as the Trans-Canada Highway, will lead you straight through the township. While public transportation may not be extensive in Langley, there is still a bus option available. Translink offers Bus #502, which runs every 15 minutes from Surrey Centre to Langley Centre. This bus route also continues southeastwards to Aldergrove, making it a convenient way to reach different parts of Langley. You can find more information about the route and schedules on the official Translink website. For those looking for alternative transportation options, Harbour Air Seaplanes offers three daily flights to Victoria harbour, providing a unique and scenic way to travel. If you prefer to fly with your own wings, Langley Municipal Airport is a small general-aviation airport located in the area. The airport features a 2100'x75' runway and can accommodate private planes. Lastly, if you're planning a trip across the border to Washington state, there is a border crossing south of Aldergrove on Highway 13. While it may not be open 24 hours like other border crossings in the region, it generally operates from 8 a.m. to midnight daily. Keep in mind that if you plan to cross outside of these hours, you'll need to head to one of the other border crossings, with the closest one located in Abbotsford, about a 15-minute drive to the east.
