Understand
Jangyu, a township in South Korea, has experienced rapid development since the year 2000 due to the increasing pressure on nearby cities. Considered as a suburb of Gimhae, Changwon, Jinhae, and Busan, Jangyu is located within the city limits of Gimhae, while Changwon serves as the provincial capital of Gyeongsangnam-Do. Busan, the second largest city in South Korea, also enjoys close proximity to Jangyu.

Jajangmyeon is a delightful noodle dish starring chewy somen noodles drenched in a savory black bean sauce, typically garnished with julienned cucumber, crispy seaweed, and sesame seeds. While it often features seafood like squid, octopus, or shrimp, there are also vegetarian versions available.
