Another option is Airlines PNG, which operates flights from Port Moresby, Mt. Hagen, and Goroka to Lae. They also have three-weekly flights from Port Moresby to Bulolo. To reach Lae from the PNG Highlands, you can take the Highlands Highway. Alternatively, if you're coming from Madang, the scenic Ramu Highway follows the Ramu River and connects with the Highlands Highway, leading you to the beautiful city of Lae.
