If you enjoy road trips, there is a direct highway connection from the capital, Copenhagen, via route 21. Traveling by train is also convenient, as Holbk is a major stop on the Copenhagen-Kalundborg railway line. This railway runs nearly straight west over Zealand, offering departures once or twice per hour throughout the day. The journey takes approximately 50 minutes from Copenhagen and Kalundborg, and about 30 minutes from Roskilde. Additionally, Holbk station serves as an interchange to the private Regionstog's line to Nykbing Sjlland, allowing you to explore the beautiful Odsherred Peninsula. If you are coming from West Denmark, you can change to bus 13 in Slagelse if you're coming from Intercity trains.
