If you want to experience the calmest sea and enjoy a peaceful journey, make sure to plan your transport in the morning. The sea tends to be rougher later in the day, especially in the late afternoon and towards the evening. It's a good idea to know that all transport services stop running well before it gets dark. During specific times, such as when southerly winds blow or during the months of July and August, the sea can get a bit rough. Be prepared to get wet during the crossing. To protect your valuable electronics like laptops, cameras, and handphones, it's wise to store them in waterproof bags. This way, you can safely enjoy the adventure without worrying about water damage. Keep in mind that you may need to wade through shallow sea when disembarking, so choose appropriate footwear or even go barefoot if you prefer!
