Get in
Fogo is an incredible destination with a magnificent volcano that you don't want to miss. To get there, you can take a regular flight from Praia or Sal and land in So Filipe. Make sure to request a seat on the right side of the plane for the best view of the volcano. If you prefer a different mode of transportation, there is also a ferry from Praia to So Filipe. However, please note that the boats only operate if the sea conditions are calm. For ferry tickets, you can visit the office located in the square opposite Pousada Bela Vista in So Filipe. It's important to be aware that flight schedules are often subject to changes or cancellations, and sometimes two flights may be merged into one. Therefore, it is advisable to confirm the flight details with the TACV office, which is conveniently located off the same square in So Filipe. Don't forget to do this a few days before your planned departure to ensure a smooth journey.
