An incredible journey awaits you in Kabak, a charming village located near ldeniz. Whether you choose to arrive by minibuses (dolmu) from ldeniz or take a scenic hike from Ovack, the adventure begins as soon as you set foot in this enchanting destination. The road that connects the village to ldeniz is narrow and winding, offering breathtaking views along the way. Although there are some potholes, the tarmac road ensures a smooth journey. While the distance may not be considerable, it takes around 30 minutes to drive due to the conditions. But trust us, the journey is well worth it. During the high season (June-August), you have the option to take a boat from ldeniz to the Butterfly Valley. These boats operate three times a day (11AM/2PM/4PM) and the round trip costs only 15 TL per person. Make sure to keep your ticket safe, as it will be required when boarding the return boat at the Butterfly Valley. If you're up for an unforgettable outdoor experience, consider hiking from Ovack. This section is part of the famous Lycian Way, a renowned hiking trail that passes through the heart of the village. While most hikers complete this 16-kilometer section in one day, we recommend taking your time and camping overnight in the mountains for a more comfortable experience, especially during the summer months. For the adventurous souls out there, hitchhiking is also an option along the road between ldeniz and Faralya, particularly during the summer when there are many holiday-makers traveling with their cars. Get ready to immerse yourself in the beauty and adventure of Kabak. An experience like no other awaits you!
