Looking to journey from Chihuahua to Creel? Estrella Blanca buses are your best option. These local buses may not be the fastest, but they offer comfort and convenience. Departing every other hour from the South bus terminal in Chihuahua, these buses make multiple stops along the way. Tickets cost around M$200 for a one-way trip lasting approximately 5 hours. If you're heading to Parral, you'll need to travel through Guachochi and may have to switch to a different bus company. For a different experience, you can also take the train from Chihuahua City. The train departs daily at 6 am, but on some days, only First Class is available. Ticket prices have increased significantly, with second class seating costing 711 Pesos (approximately $60). While the scenery between Chihuahua and Creel may not be awe-inspiring, the landscape after Creel is truly remarkable. To explore El Fuerte, hop on the train at Creel. If you prefer a more adventurous route, you can disembark at Bauchivio and catch the waiting bus for a ride into the canyon. If you're interested in driving, it takes approximately 45 minutes to reach Divisadero and 2 hours to reach Basaseachi National Park. The journey from Chihuahua to Hermosillo via Highways 23 and 16 takes around 9 hours. And don't forget, Divisadero is only a 20-minute walk away from the adventure park.
