If you're coming from the Cayes, you can take a taxi to the water taxi and bus terminal for just $8 BZE. From there, you can catch a bus to Cayo or even an express bus to Belmopan. Once in Belmopan, you can explore the local open market, grab a beer, or hop on the next bus to Benque. Just make sure to use the bathroom before boarding, as the bus won't wait for you. If you're arriving at the airport, a taxi fare to your destination can cost around $100-$150 USD. However, you can also opt for a shared shuttle or William Hoffman's shuttle service for a more affordable ride. If you're feeling adventurous, you can walk or take a taxi to the Northern Highway and catch a bus to Belize City, then transfer to a bus headed to Benque. There's also the option to fly to Belmopan via Tropic Air, which can save you a lot of time (but be prepared to spend some extra cash). If you're coming from Guatemala, you can take a taxi or walk from the border to the Benque bus terminal and catch a bus to Belize City. Keep an eye out for the signs!
