To travel north towards Sukumo, Uwajima, and Matsuyama, you will need to take a bus to Tosa-Shimizu and transfer there. Train: The nearest train station to Cape Ashizuri is Nakamura, which is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes away. Hitchhiking: If you're feeling adventurous, hitchhiking can be a viable option to get around the area. For those who enjoy cycling, it's possible to bike from Nakamura Station to Cape Ashizuri in approximately three hours. There are three roads that lead to the Cape, with the coastal roads being relatively flat and picturesque. However, if you're up for a challenge, you can take the central road, known as the "Skyline," which involves a difficult 10 km climb before descending to the Cape.
