Bintan Resorts, located along the northern coast of the Indonesian Island of Bintan, exudes a unique allure that has often been mistaken as a colony of Singapore. This misconception arises due to its superior infrastructure, utilities, and stringent security measures, which rival those of its neighboring cosmopolitan city. Bintan Resorts offers an idyllic destination perfect for families seeking tranquility and relaxation. With seven independently owned and operated beach resorts, four designer golf courses, and a plethora of recreational facilities and attractions, visitors are spoiled for choice. Whether it's unwinding by the pristine beaches, indulging in rejuvenating spa treatments, golfing on world-class courses, or dabbling in exhilarating watersports, Bintan Resorts caters to every desire. This picturesque area is surrounded by thick forests, separating it from the rest of Bintan. The lush greenery provides a natural barrier and adds an air of exclusivity to Bintan Resorts. Access to this paradise requires passing through checkpoints, further enhancing the sense of security and serenity that awaits visitors.

Dreaming of a tropical getaway in Bintan? Well, you're in for a treat! There are multiple ways to reach this paradise island: - Most travelers to Bintan Resorts prefer to arrive at Bandar Bentan Telani (BBT) from Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal (TMFT) in Singapore. The ferry ride takes approximately 45 minutes, and you can easily book your tickets at Bintan Resort Ferries website or as part of a room package. - Visitors from other parts of Indonesia can fly to Hang Nadim airport in Batam and then take a short 25-minute boat ride to BBT. Another option is to fly to Raja Haji Fisabillilah in Kijang and then drive for 1.5 hours. Exciting news! In 2015, the new Bintan International Airport will open, which will be only a 30-minute drive from Bintan Resorts, making it even more accessible for travelers. Visitors from ASEAN countries, Chile, Ecuador, Morocco, Hong Kong, Macau, and Peru do not require a visa to enter Indonesia. For citizens of other countries, you can obtain a visa on arrival (VOA) at BBT or onboard the ferry (if you're on the Emerald Class). The visa fees are USD15 for a 7-day stay and USD35 for a 30-day stay. Don't forget to bring some Indonesian Rupiah, but you can easily exchange USD or SGD at all resorts. Make sure to have some USD notes handy for the visa payment before you leave Singapore. Get ready to have the time of your life in Bintan!
